Laura Wood-HoldenPrivate psychotherapy
Public profiles

Privacy. Discretion. Space to be yourself.

Discreet, private psychotherapy for people with public profiles: influential or successful in business, sport, entertainment or political life.

Who I work with

I work with people whose roles bring visibility, influence or responsibility, including leaders in business, athletes, people in entertainment and those in political life. I have done this work in the UK with clients worldwide and continue it from Melbourne.

What we talk about is yours to decide.

Privacy and discretion, as standard

Discretion is built into how I practise. I never identify clients, publish testimonials or discuss who I work with. Enquiries are handled personally and confidentially.

Video or phone sessions mean you never need to be seen arriving at a consulting room. You can join from wherever you have privacy, whether that is home, the office, a hotel room or your car.

Arrangements that fit your life

Demanding schedules and frequent travel are accommodated wherever possible, including across time zones. Fees can usually be paid in your own currency.

We agree confidentiality, record-keeping and communication preferences before we begin, so you know exactly how your information is held.

A private, self-funded practice

I don’t work with insurers or rebate schemes, and no third party is involved in our work. Details of fees and availability are shared on enquiry.

Private enquiries

When you’re ready.

New client places open from time to time. A short, confidential message is all it takes to begin a conversation about working together.
